Hi! I’m Carli Bertucci, your friendly certified and bonded local Notary Public, not a Legal Document Assistant. I am not certified to make ANY legal documents. I am a proud member of the National Notary Association, and Directing Manager of Valencia, LDA.

Current and valid ID required prior to signing.
Valid forms of ID, if issued by the state within the last five years:
All Identification cards must contain a photo, physical description, signature and serial or ID number.
California Drivers Licenses or Commercial Driver’s License
Current and valid ID Card - Senior ID Card, Under 18 ID Card, California ID Card
A US Passport
Proper identification is required for any Notary Public service.
Standard Fees
Acknowledgment - $15 per signature
Jurat - $15 per signature taking oath or affirmation
Certified copy of Power of Attorney - $15 per signature
Military signatures free - (mobile fees not included)
Traveling fee - Determined by distance and/or location. (Not always applicable.)
If a travel fee is applicable, we will determine prices before the appointment, and I will let you know how much the appointment will be beforehand.
